Ok, this was made in Chile and i'm from there. And let me tell you that all of those interviewed people are actually actors in this country. So... Even those reactions were fake so... That's it. Very dull acting may I add.

Thanks, buzzkill.

It was pretty obvious though. No mater how clear a TV is, it's not gonna be like looking out a window unless you are staring right at in and not looking at it for the side.

yep, this guys are actors

This fake prank is brought you by LG

its dull acting, because they have to act as normal people who dont act.... therefore they act dull. they did a good act at acting like normal people. therefore there good actors!

The biggest problem is that in real life there is a thing called depth perception that tells you whether you are looking through a window or at a flat screen. So a TV can have a higher resolution than the human eyeball and it still won't look like a window.

Very good point.

I wouldn't know since I don't have depth perception :-)

I think about 25% of the population doesn't. But you are right of course :-)

I guess all these people are blind in one eye and thus have problems with depth perception.

Or they're all actors.

I'm glad this is fake because that would be traumatic and rude if someone was going in for a professional job interview and that shit happened.

I'd be like, WTH? And then I'd get chills when the light went off.

25% of people don't have depth perception?! There's no way. There's NO WAY that's true.

Conspiracy Einstein said...

I didn't see anything in the source link, but that's closer to believable.

I see at least 50 people a day that don't have depth perception... Then again I have a long commute to my job

You are correct. Being they had it set up flush with the wall was their first mistake. Had they put in a fake wall and window and had the screen set back the illusion would have been more successful. I believe those are actors. That's my opinion. There is a company that has taken it to the next level. Winscape Kinect.
