Melissa Giordano’s filmed this cute video of her daughter and their pony, Rosie, scratching each other’s backs while Rosie was soaking her injured leg in a cold tub of water.
“My daughter jumped right in the water with Rosie and started scratching her back. Rosie enjoyed it so much she scratched my daughters back in return. Two years ago Rosie was rescued out of a kill pen. Her and many other horses were on their way to Mexico to be slaughtered. Helping Hearts Equine Rescue Inc. purchased her for her meat price and rehabbed her back to health. We then adopted her and my daughter and her are the best of friends. She is the sweetest pony around!”
