Bullet Attraction + bullet proof body armor suit (like those Bear exoskeletons) would make you a big fan of the SWAT team during an armed stand-off.
Also, wouldn't 75% levitation make you 1/4 of your original weight? You could fall from much higher up without getting hurt and jump much higher than normal! How is that useless?!
