Sushi Loving Otters

In order to get two fussy Asian short-clawed otters, Mango and Apricot, to eat their necessary fruits and veggies, the staff at the National Sea Life Center in Birmingham, England came up with a clever solution. A keeper, Rob Gaster, who had previously been a chef used his culinary skills to disguise apples and carrots in hand-made sushi rolls, which the pernickety pair of otters find irresistible.
