Everyone has seen their share of panhandlers on public transit, but this dapperly dressed dude isn’t asking for money, he just wants to spread a little happiness. Peter Sharp got decked out in a tux and set out to start his own moving train party in Perth, Australia. Obviously he knows that nobody can resist a little Good Vibrations by James Brown, and eventually his surprised fellow passengers were more than happy to hop on his soul train.
