A Sloth and Other Costa Rican Animals Sing for a Good Cause

Craving a tropical getaway from your drab everyday life? Costa Rica’s got you covered. Their most recent tourism campaign called “Save the Americans” features cute Costa Rican animals singing a version of “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” about how sorry they feel for overworked Americans.

“Americans leave over 500,000,000 vacation days unused. ‘Save the Americans’ was created by the animals of Costa Rica to help save overworked Americans. Forced to work long hours in stressful environments, increasingly estranged from their natural habitat, the American worker grows more endangered every day. As resident animals of Costa Rica, we happily offer our country as sanctuary. If you or someone you know is endangered, we can help.”
