During last night’s special Washington D.C. episode of The Colbert Report, President Obama interrupted the show to hijack Stephen Colbert’s “The Word” segment. After changing the segment’s name to “The Decree” the President went on to hilariously poke fun at himself, Republicans, and Fox News while discussing Obamacare. (outside the U.S. copy)
