A woman has unusual encounter with an Eurasian eagle-owl while visiting Noordeinde, a town in the Dutch province of South Holland. The large bird flies down and lands on her head, then appears to do a little happy dance before flying away. Apparently, this same owl has been spotted landing on people’s heads on several occasions.
