On a recent episode of the The Ellen Show, host Ellen DeGeneres arranged to have singer/actor Adam Lavine surprise 3-year-old Mia, Adam’s littlest, biggest fan. Mia recently gained Internet fame when her mom filmed her reacting to the devastating news that Adam Lavine is married.
