Improv Everywhere Gives Random New Yorkers the Chance to Deliver Inspiring Commencement Speeches

For their latest mission, Charlie Todd‘s performance art improv group, Improv Everywhere, set up a commencement ceremony in Manhattan’s Bryant Park, then asked random people passing by to fill in for their “missing” commencement speaker.
