Earlier this week, professional competitive eater Kevin Strahle, aka “L.A. Beast,” visited the Guinness World Records offices in New York City to attempt the torturous challenge of eating the most Bhut jolokia chilies (aka ghost Peppers), world’s hottest chili pepper, in two minutes.
