How to Make Tomate du Saltambique From ‘The West Wing’


In the latest episode of “Binging with Babish,” a cooking series where home chef Andrew Rea recreates famous foods from films and TV shows, Andrew demonstrates how to make two interpretations of the decendant Tomate du Saltambique dessert mentioned in the “The Stackhouse Filibuster” episode (season 2, episode 17) of Aaron Sorkin’s long-running political drama series, The West Wing.
