The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden in Ohio shared this new footage of Fiona, the zoo’s famous five-month-old baby hippopotamus, getting much more comfortable with her enormous parents, Bibi and Henry, in Hippo Cove, the zoo’s giant outdoor water habitat.
“Fiona is spending more time with her parents Bibi and Henry. The animal care team is watching the interactions closely to keep the experience positive for the premature baby hippo. There’s no time table for these interactions or when the public might be able to view the family or Fiona.”
