In the latest edition of Bon Appétit‘s “Back-to-Back Chef” series, celebrity chef Bobby Flay is given fifteen minutes to attempt to teach a Bon Appétit staffer, named Shane, how to make a chile relleno (stuffed poblano pepper) using only audio instructions.
“Facing away from each other, back-to-back, these two men quickly progress through the chile relleno recipe. As Flay barks out directions, Shane scrambles to follow. Can Shane beat Bobby Flay at his own game? Probably not. But, it’s fun to watch him try to keep up in this fast-paced cooking challenge.”
