In the latest episode of “Binging with Babish,” a cooking series where home chef Andrew Rea recreates famous foods from films and TV shows, Andrew prepares a homemade version of the Garbage Plate special from the famous Rochester, New York restaurant, Nick Tahou Hots, that was mentioned in the 2012 crime drama film, The Place Beyond the Pines.
