How to Make Mushu’s Congee from Disney’s ‘Mulan’

In the latest episode of “Binging with Babish,” a cooking series where home chef Andrew Rea recreates famous foods from films and TV shows, Andrew demonstrates how to make two homemade versions of Mushu the Dragon’s bacon and egg congee (rice porridge) from Disney’s classic 1998 animated film, Mulan.

“I was gonna hold off on making this episode until the new live-action Mulan came out, but principal photography hasn’t even started yet, and it’s expected to come out in 2020. Specifically, porridge made from rice, topped with a smiley face bacon-and-eggs affair. Leave it to Mushu.”
