Pastry Chef Attempts to Make Gourmet Twizzlers


Claire Saffitz, a pastry chef and the Senior Food Editor for Bon Appétit magazine, returns to the Bon Appétit test kitchen to attempt to create a healthier, gourmet version of another famous snack. This time, Claire tries to recreate the original cherry-flavored Twizzlers licorice ropes.
