How to Make the Chilean Sea Bass Entrée from ‘Jurassic Park’

In the latest episode of “Binging with Babish,” a cooking series where home chef Andrew Rea recreates famous foods from films and TV shows, Andrew spares no expense while demonstrating how to recreate John Hammond’s Chilean sea bass lunch from Steven Spielberg’s classic science fiction adventure film, Jurassic Park.
