I’m so tired right now. Thankfully, I’m not alone.
These relatable tweets and memes have convinced me that everyone is exhausted all the time. Sadly, I don’t think people in their teens and 20s feel this way unless they actively choose not to sleep.
Something happened to me recently where even if I sleep 10 straight hours, I’m sleepy during the day. That thing? Turning 30.
It was all downhill after that birthday. I used to feel bad, then realize I hadn’t been to the gym in a while or that I drank too much the night before. Now, I’m exhausted if I ate bread at any point in the last 72 hours.
