Drinking in Your 30s Vs. Drinking in Your 20s

Your 20s and 30s are so close in retrospect but couldn’t actually be any more different. One of the huge things that changes in that short decade is your view on drinking. Drinking in your 20s is always a party – you don’t care what you drink as long as it gets you drunk and preferably tastes like juice. In your 30s your palate is more refined, you come to appreciate the beauty of an old scotch on the rocks or the delicate notes of a fine wine. You are also ready for bed at least three hours earlier, and would choose an intimate bar with friends over a popping nightclub any night of the week. Coincidentally, you also probably lose things like money and cell phones a whole lot less.
